I imagine a meeting between the current MMU Hawkeye and the Ultimate Hawkeye going something like this:

“Hi, I’m Kate Bishop.  I’m the new Hawkeye.”

BLAM!  “Now you’re a dead $#*&$# Hawkeye, you little (*$#)$&”

Since the MMU Clint Barton is still alive & kicking, just going under the codename Ronin these days, I’m going to consider this a Barton to Barton matchup and ignore Kate’s annoying presence in the MMU.

MMU Hawk’s got his dark side.  He blew the crap out of a Skrull posing as his dead wife last month.  He’s got an attitude and always wanted to be in charge until his recent return from the dead, which has mellowed him a bit.  He is the Scott Baio of the MMU, having slept with Wasp, Scarlet Witch, Echo, Mockingbird, and a bevy of super-hotties in his career.

Ultimate Hawk was a family man & all-around cool guy, until his family was killed by the Black Widow.  Since then, he’s a homicidal-suicidal nutjob who wears a target on his face. 

Advantage - MMU Hawkeye.

Tomorrow - Hank Pym (Ant-Man, Goliath, Yellowjacket, Wife-Beater)
